My name is Leighann and I'm 21 years old.

My goal is to be stronger, faster, and lighter
by being healthy and exercising.
The point of this blog is motivate myself and others to stay fit and love their bodies.
I workout 5-6x a week by running, lifting, swimming, and doing yoga.
My heavy weight was 157 lbs.
My current weight is 141 lbs. My first goal weight is 135 lbs.
